InCloser acts only as an intermediary platform between users and any experts or service providers; it does not guarantee any particular outcomes, accuracy of advice, or availability of any specific expert.
4. Payments, delivery, cancellation and refund
When you make payments on InCloser, you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout and to the refund rules in our Refund Policy, which mirror the reference policy. In particular:
- If your bank account is not debited, you may initiate a fresh transaction.
- If your bank account appears to be debited, you must not pay twice and should contact customer care to confirm payment.
- If there are issues such as payment‑gateway slowdowns, failures, or timeouts, you should first check whether your bank has debited your account before attempting another payment.
- No refund is given for lack of accuracy of any consultation or for network‑related issues such as weak signal, background noise, or interrupted calls, consistent with the reference terms.
- Refunds, where considered, are granted at our discretion and are typically credited to the user’s in‑app wallet.
5. User obligations and acceptable use
You agree not to misuse InCloser or violate any applicable law. Without limitation, you must not:
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame other users or experts.
- Post or transmit unlawful, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Encourage criminal conduct, self‑harm, or violence.
- Upload or request content that exploits or endangers children, contains explicit sexual content, hate speech, terrorist or violent material, or other restricted content similar to what is described in the reference Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data, or interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the application.
InCloser may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations and may ban abusive users, consistent with the enforcement approach in the reference terms.
6. Limited liability and no warranty
InCloser and its service providers offer the services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Advice or content provided by experts is based on their individual knowledge and interpretations and may vary; no specific results are guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InCloser’s liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid to InCloser for the relevant service during your membership term, mirroring the limitation approach in the reference terms.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InCloser, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any third‑party claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy, or your infringement of any third‑party rights.
8. Intellectual property and content
All content and materials on InCloser (other than user‑generated content) are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without authorization, consistent with the reference terms.
9. Termination and breach
InCloser may suspend or terminate your account if you provide false information, misuse the services, violate these Terms or our policies, or create legal risk for InCloser, other users, or service providers. Termination may occur without refund, in line with the reference Terms of Usage.
